INTENDED AUDIENCE

The Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment (RQF) has been specifically designed for those who wish to undertake qualification assessment, of occupational competence, in a work environment. This qualification is also suitable for Trainee Assessors who currently work in a mentoring/teaching/training environment and wish to further develop their knowledge and skills in competence based assessment.

COURSE OVERVIEW

During this comprehensive course, Learners will cover a variety of topics including the principles and practices of assessment, how to assess competence based skills and how to assess occupational competence in the workplace.
